You read that right. Siding Express gives customers a fixed price guarantee on all of our bids. No surprises. No catches. Your scope of work will be detailed in our proposal, so you can clearly see what you’re buying and what you’re paying. The price only goes up if you add more to your project. It’s that simple.
How Can We Do This?
It all comes down to experience. Siding Express founder Jamie Roberts grew up in the construction business, worked for several siding manufacturers (including James Hardie), and has now been in business at Siding Express for nearly 20 years. All of this experience helps him anticipate unforeseen problems.
In all of our years in business, Jamie and the Siding Express team have never gone back to a homeowner to ask for more money.
