We installed some James Hardie and MiraTEC products on this new construction house located in Olivette, Missouri. The James Hardie siding we installed was their lap siding, Hardieplank. We put this up on the back of the house and parts of the front and sides as well. The color of siding, Monterey Taupe we used came from James Hardie’s statement collection. This color was chosen to match the existing board and batten on this house. For the trim on this house, we used MiraTEC trimboards. Along with this, we installed stained pine car porch ceilings as well as custom columns to help bring everything together. Now that the installment is all finished, the house looks incredible and the homeworners really love the way that it looks.
