Below we’ve broken down the process so you know exactly what to expect from Siding Express if you choose us for your exterior remodeling project.
Step 1. CONTACT US
The first step is to reach out to us to talk about the general ideas for your project. During this initial, phone call, you’ll get a better sense of how we operate, ask any questions you have, and determine if we sound like a good fit for your project.
If we both agree that it sounds like Siding Express is the right team for the job, we’ll set up a more formal consultation to talk about the details of your project
Step 2. INITIAL CONSULTATION
During our in-person consultation, we’ll meet with you to talk about what you’re trying to achieve with your project, what your budget is, and what we can do to make sure your project falls within those parameters.
At this time, we’ll also be able to show you product samples as well as photos from other projects we’ve done to help you get a better idea of what you can expect if you choose to work with our team.
Step 3. PRESENT PROPOSAL
Once we complete our initial consultation, our team will get to work preparing a proposal for you to review. It will detail the scope of the work we’re agreeing to do, the timeline you can expect it to take, and the overall cost of the project.
Once we present it to you, you’ll have time to look it over, ask us any clarifying questions, and make your decision about whether you want to move forward. If you do, you’ll sign the contract and we’ll set up a date and time to begin working on your home.
Step 4. INSTALLATION
The installation phase is when the real fun begins! Our team of expert craftsmen will come out to your home and start installing the products we agreed on in the proposal. Throughout the installation process, our team will work quickly and efficiently, making sure that no detail is overlooked while trying to cause the least interruption to your day.
While we’re at your home, we promise to always be respectful of your space and your family, treating it will the same care that we would our own homes.
Step 5. COMPLETION
The final step of our process is the most exciting one: the completion. Once we’re finished doing all of the work, we’ll clean up, making sure nothing is left behind. Then, we’ll do a walk-through with you, showing you everything that we did, making sure everything is to your complete satisfaction, and answering any remaining questions you may have.
After that, we’ll leave so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy your updated home!
